Damson Sauce - A Cumbrian favourite, using Lyth Valley Damsons. Rich, dark and fruity, perfect with game.
Ingredients: Damsons (33%), Water, Malt Vinegar (Sulphite), Soft Dark Brown Sugar (12.5%), Onions, Apples, Raisins, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Allspice, Cayenne Pepper and Black Pepper.
