Our Cumberland Rum Butter is a delicious seasonal accompaniment to mince pies and Christmas cake, but we like to eat it throughout the year. While those in the south-west may like their scones with clotted cream and jam - and in fairness, we do too - there's also something very special about a warm fruit scone topped with rum butter that makes staying in and watching the rain fall outside feel like a real treat!
